3 Principles that Justin sticks to:
1. Eating Consistently – Get your body used to eating at particular times, do not miss your meals.
2. Palm Sizes – It doesn’t have to be complicated. Use palm sizes versus weighing and measuring.
3. Constantly Re-evaluate, but only after you’ve dialed in the #1 and #2.
