Before training at Reason I felt lost, lost in my purpose, my mental and physical health, and what community meant for me.
Since beginning my journey here, I’ve learned to find my way back to being the best person I can be for myself holistically in order to support my loved ones and those in my community. I’ve gone from having no routine, no accountability, having an unhealthy relationship with food to creating healthier sustainable habits like sleeping 7 hours a day, moving my body 5 times a week, and eating more Whole Foods and delicious meals with no guilt and restrictions.
My next goal is to start training for my first in house or local community CrossFit competition. I’m looking forward to creating new memories, relationships, and embracing all that this journey has to offer.
